SEC Finder is a corporate filing intelligence platform that aggregates and displays public information from SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) filings. The Service provides:

- Email notification services
3Data Sources and Accuracy

- Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors
- SEC Finder makes no guarantees about data accuracy or completeness
- Users should verify all information independently before making any decisions
- This is NOT financial advice or investment guidance
4Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service to violate any local, state, national, or international law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or download data in bulk without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use the Service for market manipulation or insider trading
5Rate Limits and API Usage
To ensure fair usage and comply with SEC guidelines, we implement rate limiting:
- API requests are limited to 30 per minute, 50 per hour, 200 per day
- Excessive use may result in temporary or permanent suspension
- We reserve the right to modify rate limits at any time
6Email Alerts and Privacy
When you subscribe to email alerts:
- You provide accurate email address information
- You can unsubscribe at any time
- We may send service-related emails regardless of subscription status
- We will never sell or share your email with third parties
7Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SEC Finder and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
SEC filing data is public domain information provided by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
8Limitation of Liability

- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service
- We are not responsible for any investment decisions made based on information from the Service
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service
9Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEC Finder, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13SEC Compliance
We comply with SEC guidelines for automated access to SEC.gov:
- We limit requests to no more than 10 per second
- We provide proper User-Agent identification
- We respect SEC's robots.txt and access policies
